Which plan is right for me?
If you are just getting started, we recommend the Free plan. If you are a power user, we recommend the Premium plan to unlock all our features. If you are a company, we recommend the Enterprise plan.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can try out MecSimCalc Premium with the 30-day free trial!
Can I use MecSimCalc for free?
Yes. The Free plan includes all our essential features and is free forever!
Do I get billed separately for extra compute resources?
Yes. The Premium plan does not include compute resources. Short-running apps that use limited resources can be executed for free. For long-running apps that exceed the resources in the free plan, additional charges will be applied according to the usage.
Do some apps have a paywall?
Yes, some apps charge a subscription fee set by the app developer to cover their costs. These fees are not included in any plans and are billed separately.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time in the 'My Account' page. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.
Can I get a refund?
No. We do not offer refunds. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Can I install custom Python packages?
Yes. The Premium plan allows you to install custom Python packages and create custom environments (i.e. Docker images).
Will apps created with the Premium plan be affected if I downgrade to the Free plan?
No. Apps created on the Premium plan will continue to work on the Free plan. However, Premium features will be disabled for any new apps.
