How to use Conditional Input

1. Click on the edit icon for the slider input

2. Click to select Conditional Input.

3. Select "Hidden" as we want the slider to be hidden if the checkbox is not selected

4. Choose the 'checkbox' (Checkbox) input

5. Choose the '==' operator

6. And finally select 'True' in the Value field.

Remember: The slider will be hidden if the condition evaluates to False (e.g. the checkbox is NOT selected)

Click APPLY CHANGES button to save your modifications
